Born and Raised in the costal blue-collar surf town of Ventura, Ca, I grew up working an array of jobs from the age of fifteen starting with washing dishes, to mens retail, and a few years of construction. During the time I attended Ventura College, I slowly started moving away from my desired carrer in the construction industry. I’ve always had the dream to learn graphic design, and have my own clothing brand, which later turned out to be a full blown six year long project, thus forth creating the lifestyle brand, Vulgar Villains. After about two years of paying the hideous plethora of extra fees for screen printing services, I decided I needed to learn the process of printmaking. This was followed by an internship at a design /printing studio. There I learned the art of apparel graphics, the process of silkscreen printing, and sales of promotional products for a full spectrum of Business Branding. Fitting in with the fast paced work environment and dominant sales force, I grew as a key piece of the company, resulting in the opportunity to become a partner in the business. This endeavor taught me alot about my personal limitations as an individual, my willingness to succeed, and the feeling of achievement. Currently working as a freelance graphic designer and part-time printer. As a goal oriented production manager, I take pride in maximizing project efficiency, minimizing downtime, and completing all projects small to large with the utmost attention to detail.
